What is therapy?
The idea of therapy can be a daunting one. Sharing difficult experiences, fears, hopes and expectations with a complete stranger sounds like an odd concept.
Yet therapy is unique in that in provides a non-judgemental, safe, supportive and open-minded space, where there are no distractions and the focus is entirely on you and your needs. In our busy everyday lives, that opportunity to stop, reflect and be truly heard often alludes us.
